The Edge Lofts and Tower

I have owned a unit in this building for 4 years now. The front staff is very welcoming and helpful but the same can not be said for the management specifically Luis Flores New Association Manager. The roof on this building is old and unfortunately every time there is heavy rain building experiences leaks on top floors. I had 3 unfortunate events where water was dripping from the ceiling causing damage to the walls and wooden floor. Association is unwilling to do anything stating they are not... responsible and to contact insurance and make no effort to check the roof and repair the problem. Furthermore, they also experienced water leaks on the garage level just last week that affected several units within the property on lower levels. If i knew this information before purchasing this unit i would invest elsewhere. Read More
