Worst apartment ever

An absolute sad and pathetic excuse for “luxury apartments” smelly, dirty, bed bug ridden, cockroach infested, and generally disgusting and unkept come to mind first. Management is literally evil incarnate and they will lie to you and cheat you at every possible avenue. This place makes me absolutely sick and i could not recommend it any less

Absolutely Not!!!

Today I did a self tour of the property... The lobby is so beautiful, and the people I came in contact with were nice. Here's why I say absolutely not..... As I'm riding up in the elevator with 2 residents one mentioned having beg bugs, and really bad roaches. As I get off the elevator, the other resident started naming by name who had the bed bugs. The rate of the rent doesn't not compare to the site of property. Each floor I went on was hot and smelled really bad. I just wouldn't!!!!

Do not move here

The elevators go out once a week, the units are infested with both roaches and mice, management frequently shuts the water off, half of the time there is no one attending the front desk for the guaranteed 24 hour watch.

Water shut-offs are occasionally necessary to perform plumbing repairs, but we limit them as much as possible to minimize the impact on our residents. We have not had any... reports of pest issues, so we encourage you to contact us in the office to arrange for any needed pest control services. While we do have a 24-hour concierge and courtesy officer on-site, we cannot guarantee they will always be at the desk as they regularly patrol the community. LOVE IT HERE

Just moved in and have an amazing view of the lake. I'm also right across the street from Mariano's. Super convenient for me. Management is very kind and helpful. Gym is huge!
