Bed bugs.

Once a decent place to stay, now a place that allows tenants to be miserable with infestations (roach, bed bugs, mice). Please do not move here. They will not properly exterminate. There are bed bugs and roaches everywhere in the building, there is almost no way to get rid of them please do not sign the lease. One star because it's cheap.

You get exactly what you pay for

This building is full of studio apaetments.

Pros: rent is affordable,gas/water/electricity is included, the have treadmills and some kind of bowflex thing, on site laundry, building parking, close to public trans, grocery store across the street, electronic key access.

Cons: rent is raised if you need an air conditioner, pay for building parking, pay for laundry(personal con), maintenance call times vary, thin walls.

New management is helpful and overall pleasant.
