If you do decide to lease here get everything they say or promise in writing because everything they’ve said to you is a lie.

The walls are paper thin, I can hear neighbors on the other side of the building having sex. The neighbors dog whines 24 hours a day 7 days a week and after repeated complaints the landlord has done nothing. Whenever someone comes home late you can hear everything they say in the hall loudly in your apartment and wake you up.

I lived with mold growing in my bathroom... walls for months with them just painting over it multiple times before after months of complaining and seeing a doctor about health impacts for them to actually remove the mold.

Don’t expect for management to ever respond to you. Most likely they will close your request without doing or saying anything.
