Management will make this place seem great at first. But when you move in, you will experience endless problems. There is rampant theft, including items left in common spaces (bike room, gym, lounge, package room) as well as apartment break-ins. The key system has technical issues often, and getting replacement keys is next to impossible. Bad neighbors plague each floor. I myself have had to call the police on neighbors multiple times. Management will enter your unit without permission or notice... . The air conditioning system will act up in the transition seasons. As of writing this review there have been quite a few hot days this year and many people continue to not have AC. Last winter, several people went without heat in the coldest months. If you move into this place, I promise you will soon be searching for excuses to break your lease. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT RENT HERE
The A/C and heating units rarely work correctly, the management is EXTREMELY shady, there’s a high crime rate within this area and building.

Problematic
The Wilson is nothing but problems. Management is slow and not helpful. No such thing as Security in the Wilson. Break-ins often. They don’t care about there tenants and your a/c and heat unit will often not work at all.

Brand new apts, everything included
I moved in a month ago and have been super happy with my apartment! Tons of natural light, laundry & a dishwasher in unit, lots of street parking around, and utilities don’t fluctuate. Their use of tech is really cool too, the front door has remote access where I can let guests in from my phone & even unlock my door with my phone. Lots of great restaurants around too!
