Starbucks across the street is great. Neighbors are friendly. Management is nice. Maintenance is fast to respond. I really have no complaints

I really just adore this building. Starbucks outside the front door. Lots of natural light to grow my plants. The maintenance guy is super helpful. I love grilling on the skyline view deck. I really love being close enough to the train and close enough to wrigley to get there but not so close that I have to deal with such crowds and noise. Broadway is such a a great street. My lease is coming up and I’m going to renew.

Absolutely lovely building! With an awesome range of quality appliances, notable mentions are the full sized front loading washer dryer and the high quality gas range. The management team are simply awesome, nothing but good things to say!!

If you like cheap furnishings, paper thin walls, and no heat in the dead of winter then this is the place for you! Really regret signing a lease here. Definitely won't be renewing. So overpriced it's insane! They will try to get you with offering free months of rent but it's not worth the headache. Don't do it! Packages are stollen. No place for a security guard so they just have a random person roaming every now and then, taking up communal space, and letting people into the apartment complex... anyways. It's never the same person. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor open and close his microwave. No joke! There's a great dane in the apartment above us. That poor giant dog howels and whimpers inside all day long. Our bathroom door doesn't close. I've made a half dozen maintenance requests already for other various things. The stark white walls mark up so easily and the floors in the bathrooms have no seal on them. The countertops mark up easily. The motion sensored lights are poorly placed and function horribly. Corners were completely cut and expenses were definitely spared. I've had condensation inside of my windows multiple times and have had to wipe up puddles of water to protect from mold and damage to the walls. They told me that was normal. The air ducts aren't screwed into the walls because they "didn't want to ruin the walls". Every unit has free hanging skrews sticking out. The building uses Latch which is a horrible service. There's no guest parking, not even for purchase, even though the building is maybe 50% full. They used to offer water and have a Keurig in the communal space but took it away. Do you want heat in the winter? Well you won't be able to count on that basic necessity here. The heat stopped working in all of the units and it has been having issues ever since. A month later and still it hasn't been fixed. They handed out space heaters to warm up our units and drive up our electrical bills. Management has been overriding the thermostats in all of the units for the past month so you don't have control over your own temperature. Since there have been so many heating issues management has been in and out of our units without authorization. This "luxury new build" is a complete failed experiment and we are suffering for it. Management doesn't show any remorse and are impossible to get a hold of. Renting here was a gigantic mistake and we are counting the days until our lease is up. Read More
