Easy move in day. Everything was well organized, apartment was clean and appropriate, and the management team helped set the entrance to be ready for moving boxes with movers.

Maybe the best place I’ve lived! Residents are awesome, super dog friendly, parking, pool, rooftop, on-site management and maintenance (who respond quickly and are great). Management/staff are friendly and though I haven’t had many requests and/or problems (which is a good thing), from what other residents have told me follow-through isn’t an issue. And anything going on with the building it’s more than communicated. There’s been some elevator issues, but there are 3, so if I had a compliant... about the building that’d be it. But that’s really looking for something.
Location and things to do speak for themselves, so if there’s anything it’d be price - but for now it’s worth it. I’m approaching my 2nd renewal and barring it being realistically priced I have no intention of moving.
No building is perfect, but given the area i feel comfortable saying it’s definitely one of the better ones.
