I moved into my apartment almost 7 years ago. Staff is great, helpful in all ways. My apartment is roomy, two bedrooms (one I use as my den, etc.) full bathroom, open concept livingroom-kitchen. All appliances were new when I moved in. If any problems occur with them our maintenance man is right on it. I have a lovely balcony which I consider an extension of my livingroom. I overlook the Lake and South Shores so a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or have "wine-thirty" in the evening. Both... bedrooms have large walk-in closets which is such a help with all of our "extras." The grounds are maintained beautifully and is a welcome sight to us as renters and to our company. I hope I have covered it all. This has been my first experience as a renter and I am truly enjoying it! Marilyn Pierceall, Decatur, Il.
