Unresponsive Management and Maintenance
Our experience here has been horrible. The property management and maintenance staff are not very responsive. We have a mouse issue they continue to ignore, and we’ve been struggling to get them to repair the AC for over a week now. Our fridge has a damaged door shelf, the dishwasher is DISGUSTING, and they claim to have onsite laundry which is a complete lie (can’t speak for those that might have in-unit laundry available). We also have neighbors that have threatened us twice, and they are… extremely loud. We often hear violent and aggressive sounds, screams, and banging coming from their unit. Our complaints and concerns are ignored. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these apartments.
