It is excellent service

They have an amazing service.
they quick response quick their townhouses are supper clean and big and they response for any work orders very well. Their maintenance are nice and they fix things appropriately and I’m very glad that I became a new resident here in the Qurray townhouses.

Quarry Apartments Decatur

Find ANYWHERE else but here

Don't waste your time with this place, they don't care about you, your situation, or anything else. They refused to work with us, threw out all of our things even though we were in constant communication trying to retrieve our items.

Police report was made, court will be next

One of the worst apartment complexes.

I've lived here for almost three years because of how close it is to my work and was decently priced when i first moved in. But its gone down hill, i live in the lower level and have had sewage water back up into my tub multiple time and the have yet to fix the actual problem and constantly have water and soap back-up into the kitchen sink. I have to have my fridge set to the highest setting to keep the fridge at 40°F and the maintenance said it is running as it shpuld be. The laundry area very... dirty and the raised the washers and dryed costs up a dollar more since I've been here, also the dryers take at least two turns to dry even on high heat. The hallways are always filthy and garbage all over the parking lot and garbage dumpsters are always full. Oh ya the garbage area, is so nasty. And they will write you up for excessive garbage in your apartment if you have even one box next to your trash can, but again the dumpsters are so full that people just throw the trash on the ground around the dumpster. And the last thing is the heating and cooling run out of the same window style unit; but if you use the heat setting it never shuts off, it with just run a fan once the heat reaches the set temperature which just cools the apartment down again. My electric bill was 3 to 4 times the price in the winter and had to get electric heaters and use those when I'm home and have no heat on when I'm not home. So if you have pets that could be an issue if you don't want a high electric bill.

To expensive for what you get, cold water, the heating sucks. Rude managers as well.
