Negligence when it comes to preventing damage.
I have lived at woodcrest apartments for two months. Everything was okay, decent apartment, no smell, and good amenities. But due to gross negligence on woodcrest part my downstairs neighbors and I almost had a lot of money worth of items destroyed. When it started raining hard, water pouring through the window and ceiling fixture. The roof needed patched and the window wasn’t sealed. And the entire reason this happened was because the gutters didn’t get cleaned out. If I wasn’t home or didn’t… notice the tsunami of water flooding in my apartment, my downstairs neighbors and I would have lost a lot of electronics. Woodcrest needs to take better care of their gutters and carry out proper maintenance on their roof and windows.

Thank you for you review of our site. Woodcrest has some of the most dedicated and talented maintenance team you'll find anywhere. The roof on the building is just a year old and our records show the gutters were cleaned out just last month. There… were a hand full of leaves that had fallen since in the gutter, which is normally not problem with normal rain falls. In this case there was an inordinate amount of rain that fell within a short period which overwhelmed the gutters causing this issue.
