Recent renter
I’m not sure where to start the move in process was very quick and easy of course.. after I moved in started to notice mold in the bathroom they painted over, roaches came out no matter how clean your apartment was, maintenance is a joke literally, ppl sell (hard drugs) in the buildings across from me and I moved out and they’re refusing to give me my deposit and put a bad report on my credit because of “damages” that they couldn’t prove. Currently suing them !

Worst management and not healthy environment
This is the worst place I have ever lived. The Management fail to provide even the basic needs such as heat and hot water. During the entire winter I did not have proper heat. Currently I do not have hot water for three days, and they fail to provide me a solution. The problem with this place is; it is not a part of City of Dekalb but Dekalb county. The only place you can make a complain is the Dekalb Health Department. And they dont do anything other than giving them a call.
The units are very... old, falling apart, all the walls are moldy. They are very good at charging people fines for very simple things and towing people's cars. I wish they put the same effort on maintenance. Dont waste your time.

these photos are not the same as what's for rent
don't waste you're time. nothing up kept, it's dirty, falling apart. cabinets were broken. it was gross.
