I've been loving my time here over the past year. I have a 1-bedroom that is spacious in all the right places and, for an apartment, probably the coolest bathroom I've ever had! Never thought I'd have a need for heated floors or a tv built into the bathroom mirror, but now that I have them, I can't imagine living without! The attached walkin closet is super convenient too. It seems like some of the bad reviews here are from years ago... I never really had a problem with my neighbors. There is a... new team in the office, too. They are friendly and helpful!

Worst Management Ever!
All the 1 star reviews are exactly spot on! Horrible management, it takes them forever to do anything! and if you have any questions, they go in circles and have excuse for everything.I have rented 5 apartments in my lifetime and by far this is the worst managed apartment ever! Too bad its run by a horrible management since the building itself is really nice.

Terrible Management -RUN
Management is running this place into the ground. No maintenance, no communication and the manager smokes and talks to neighbors about other neighbors creating a toxic environment. She never takes accountability for her mistakes and never tries to make it better. I would recommend a garbage can before living here ! May “look nice” but just wait for your ceiling to fall in and no one is there to help you.

In love with the amenities! Staff are so nice. Place is immaculate. Rooms are clean. Non-smoking and loving it. So far it's great!!
