We pay $70 per month for rent for our dogs but there is only one small trash can outside for the entire community of over 200 units. The small trash cans outside is constantly full and is not maintained on the weekends. This forces the owners of the pets to dispose of waste in the 1st floor trash compactor room that is not hygienic.
