About Mel Hasty Retirement Center

We are an Independant Living Retirement Community. You must be 62 years of age. We do have income limits: $32,250 for one, or $36,850 for two. Non-smoking, located in the middle of the Levee District in Downtown East Peoria! Close to shopping,... restaurants, and right on the bus route. Rent is based on 30% of your gross income - HUD Subsidized.

Note: We are NOT an assisted living facility, ONLY Independent living!
