    Shoddy Building

    Looks nice from the outside but inside is another story. These are obsoletely unequivocally the thinist walls I have ever dealt with in apartment buildings. Tenets are obnoxious with their footsteps, music, and pets.

    The unit I rented was stated to be new. So new in fact that my AC didn't work and the washer dryer unit kept blowing a fuse. It took maintenance 3 months just to fix my AC and in between my time the mangers gave vauge responses as why the delay. Had to contact the maintenance    … contractor helpline to actually get information as to what was happening.

    On June 13 I got an email, not a phone call that they needed to evacuate the building because of gas leak. Thankfully I wasn't there at the time but why an email?

    I could go on but RBM is run by a bunch of amateur. Once yiu have legitimate issues they pass the buck to someone else. Never again renting from this unprofessional company.
