I've been here for two years, and have had no bad experiences. I really enjoy living at Elmhurst Place.

It's a great location. Convenient to walk to Elmhurst shops. Grocery, pharmacy, and hardware right across the street, highway access two min away, Metra stop close by.

The apartments are quiet. Walls genuinely keep the noise out, not like some apts I've lived in where you can hear everything your neighbors do and say. The train is less than 100 yds away but you can barely hear it. …

The staff is great. Friendly and immediately responsive to any problems I might have.

The maintenance and upkeep is good. Everything is kept clean and in good working order.

I've got nice neighbors. The other folks in the building run the gamut from young couples without children to retirees. Almost everyone is friendly.

Home Sweet Home

My husband and have lived here for a little over a year now and we just love everything about where we live. The location is great, the building staff is great, and we like our neighbors.

Incredible

Theres more bang for your buck than any other rental in downtown elmhurst. Its within walking distance to trains and dozens of great restaurants. Elmhurst Place has it all. Luxury, convenient, and a staff eager to please. - BGP

Very happy here!

I've lived here more than three years and have been very happy with this apartment complex. The people here are friendly and the staff is responsive and helpful in a timely fashion. It's a very safe building, with underground parking, in a fantastic location. All the common areas are very clean and the lobby is attractive. My apartment is roomy and very comfortable, with surprisingly great storage space. If you're looking for a great apartment building with nice neighbors, Elmhurst Place is your… place!

I LOVE MY APARTMENT AT ELMHURST PLACE APARTMENTS!!

Elmhurst Place is an ideal location for someone who wants an urban feel in a suburban location and is the best value for the money in the area. I could not be happier! The staff is friendly and helpful. I am within walking distance of the Metra train, restaurants, boutique stores and the Jewel (across the street). My walk-in closet is the biggest closet I have ever had in my life! I couldn’t ask for better neighbors and the building is quiet despite being right downtown with all the action.… There is a workout room, underground parking and a storage area in the building. Best of all - I have a gorgeous view from my balcony and I can see the Sears Tower from my bedroom window. Parking is plentiful, the grounds are clean and beautifully landscaped. My happy place!
