The unit is the 2nd floor apartment of a duplex. We've held on to the charm by keeping much of the original woodwork and glass paned doors between rooms. Trader Joe's, Jewel and Whole Foods are all within 2 miles.

All that Chicago has to offer is directly south and you're only 4 short block from CTA's Purple Line or 7 blocks from the Metra train if preferred.
