I lived in this building in 2020, and the winters were terrible. The thermostat would come off if you just pulled on it. There were roaches coming from outside, crawling inside, and dying on the stairs.

Not to mention, the parking was horrible if you didn’t pay for outdoor or indoor parking. Since it’s across from the stadium, on game days the chances of having to park 6-8 blocks away were extremely high. The cops don’t care one bit because everyone claims they live there, and they won’t let... you park on your own building’s street parking.

Also not to mention that maintenance guy would be nice at times but hes the only guy whos taking care of a building whos problems was falling apart so you'd had to wait a week sometimes for small repairs

But atleast the beach was 10 mins away walking, the laundry area has a bathroom ( with spiders) (bring ur own TP)

My wife and I moved here in mid-March 2022. We moved here after our lobby in our old Planned Property Management building was was shut up in a drug-fueled gang war. We looked at a-half dozen units here and they were all immaculate. The buildings are well-maintained and the management and on-site workers are all great. Consider renting here for your next home!

I live in a two bedroom aparment in evanston il .I have lived her all my life I love my aparment building beacause of the space and location . I am close to the train station and other shops along central the building is quiet and clean ! Melanie
