The 5 bedrooms include 1 king bed and 4 queen beds (one is a queen air mattress with a headboard). There are 2 full bathrooms with showers.
Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard patio. Garage parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, and free street parking is also available.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside, with fines of $500 for inside violations and $250 if caught smoking outside. Events are not allowed unless previously informed. Guests must be 25+ to book. Unapproved additional overnight guests will incur an extra person fee of $25 per person per night. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please do not rearrange furniture. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before leaving. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Failure to comply with house rules may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or termination of reservation without refund. Please remove shoes upon arrival. Late check-out after the agreed-upon time will incur a $250 penalty. Please be respectful of neighbors and mindful of noise and loud music. Pets are allowed with prior disclosure and a pet fee of $60 per pet. Excessive cleaning needed will be deducted from the deposit, with a charge of $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required if the house is left in a messy state. If something is broken or damaged, guests should notify the host ASAP and may need to pay for replacement and services fees, with a minimum of $65 per item needing replacement. Guests are responsible for all and any damage or missing items if doors and windows are not locked when leaving the home. The home must be clean before departing.
