Management doesn't do anything. Packages are constantly stolen and management just say shrugs. The building is not secure despite promising me they would be securing it. Not all the doors lock, and cameras do not work.

Horrible property managers, roach infested, packages & cars get stolen because no cameras on property, Elevators don’t work and they take forever to fix anything.

Now, 3 of 5 buildings infested with roaches. Apparently dog friendly means dogs can relieve themselves anywhere - inside, outside, elevator, all common areas. Filth & trash everywhere; noisy neighbors; package thefts. Apathetic property managers. Rental office building only semi-clean building. Laundry rooms flooded, moldy, filthy. Term ‘security door’ is an oxymoron. Water leaks everywhere. Mold, mold, mold. Work orders ignored &/or cancelled.

This place is the worst! If you don’t want the building manager or maintenance man walking in your apartment while you’re in the shower, sleeping or at work don’t move here. Also they will lie and say it was a work order for them to be there… roaches and security doors don’t work the maintenance man smoking weed in his car and telling you he’s on his break…. It’s just horrible… a good location for a super bad experience… you will regret it. Go somewhere else…

Please do not rent here! The buildings are infested with roaches, thieves and poor management!!!! Please take your hard earned money and dignity to a property that respects and values its residents because this one doesn’t!
