Great Apartment!

Lived here for a year, just moved out yesterday. The apartment is great, it’s beautiful and it feels like a hotel you get to live in. The hallway is beautiful I love the blue led lights, the have people clean the hallways and gym and amenities area every afternoon. I’ve never encountered a dirty area in the whole year I’ve lived here. Whenever anything breaks down Pete and Ardy gets on top of it and sends someone to fix it immediately. The rooftop is beautiful. Loved staying here unfortunately… I’m moving out of state but if I ever move back around here I’d definitely be back!

Price gouging

Expect at least a 300 dollar rent increase after your first renewal. Property management inconsiderate of your time in the apartment and wanting to schedule viewings while still living in your apartment not even giving adequate notification. It doesn’t matter if you work overnight, they’ll still want you to jump thru hoops to do a showing in the morning.

Property management loves to hit you with fines without even considering other alternatives and taking into consideration that a non pet… deposit. Also, threatening to coming in and out of your apartment without notice.

I don’t recommend living here.
