Poorly Managed
Landlord had not cleaned apartment prior to move in, besides a light vacuum. Appliances and everything else were very visibly dirty. She does not answer her phone unless she needs something from you, not if you need information from her. Have been waiting on maintenance for weeks and still has not sent anyone to check it out. Property manager was seen smoking cigarettes right outside the door with the door held wide open. They do not keep their hallways, laundry areas, or walk in areas cleans... whatsoever. Very lazy.
