    Company is going bankrupt

    In my experience with Gray's point apartments they would not offer any accommodations in the office as they also did not answer their phones or voicemails. So I had to go in and was still told that I could get no help with my situation. The maintenance here is below average they need to order parts for literally every repair they do. The company that owns this property is facing severe financial and legal turmoil.
