Rent reasonable

I been here For 2 years Never Had a Problem with anyone Rent is reasonable. Management Is Great. When connecting management about repairs there wore done in a timely manner Good place to live And 5 Minutes away From My Job ?????????? Cameras systems in Garage and all over the apartment buildings ??

Rude

Hi I recently just moved out and it was horrible there were rats and bugs and the people dogs don't get put on the leash at all and there was a pit bull and it bit my grandmother and she had to go to the hospital and in the summer there are raccoons in the back the place is just nasty I wouldn't recommend anyone move there at all.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

0 stars! They are inconsistent- they don't care. The office is closed half of the time, they lose work order forms. But when it comes to money they are quick to respond and put eviction notices after a couple days that rent was due.

They don't answer their calls but will answer text messages- UNPROFESSIONAL.

A lot of opportunities need to happen. Management and service is absolutely horrible.

you will not get your security deposit back

Make sure you fill out the form for your apartments current condition when you first move in and note every single thing that is wrong(I mean EVERY single thing!) They will hit you with very ridiculous charges when you move out to prevent you from getting your security deposit back. I was livid to see the things they charged me with i.e regular wear and tear of living in the apartment for two years plus false accusations of things wrong in the apartment. I would not even rate this place 1 star.
