A Truly Special Place to Call Home

We have lived here for five years and I can’t say enough great things.

The units are so spacious, well designed, and comfortable — truly felt like home for us. The location is super convenient — close to highways, shopping, groceries, and amazing trails. There are also thoughtful touches like garden plots for tenants and garage parking with a heated ramp (a lifesaver in winter!). It also has a huge party room with a full kitchen and really pretty views of the large backyard — we used it to… throw our daughter’s first birthday party, and it was perfect for hosting loved ones. Tenants also use it for fun social events and to watch different sporting events.

But the best part by far? The people. From truly wonderful and friendly neighbors to quick chats in the elevator with other tenants, everyone is kind and welcoming — families, retirees, students — it really feels like a community. Maintenance is fast and reliable; in five years, we rarely needed to submit work orders, but if we did they were all handled quickly.

The management team, especially Bill and Tom, have been phenomenal from the very beginning. Their responsiveness, warmth, and professionalism have made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find a management staff that feels more like good neighbors than office contacts. It’s obvious they are truly invested in making this a great place to live, which is rare these days.

This has been more than an apartment for my family and me — it’s been home. Highly recommend!!!

Loved Every Moment Living Here

What a wonderful experience we had in our short time living at 21 Spinning Wheel Rd. Amenities such as the party room and beautiful backyard, to the location next to Fullersburg Woods, I-294 and Oak Brook shopping were just so appreciated. We absolutely loved our unusually spacious, newly-renovated 2 bedroom unit with all new appliances, including in-unit washer/dryer. The oversized beautiful bay windows also added a unique touch to the space and made it feel even larger! Facing west, we enjoyed… some truly spectacular sunsets! I loved watching our living and dining rooms transform in that crazy beautiful orange glow that just filled the rooms! It was always my favorite time of day!

Special callout to Tom and Bill in the office as well as to Andy, head of maintenance, for always being so attentive, kind and responsive. Living here was really so enjoyable and we highly recommend it!

Highly recommend

Responsive maintenance, nice and accessible location, quiet place, good view and lots of nature around the building, and professional staff. They actually allocated a piece of land for gardening, good community and nice residents.

Comfortable living

I lived at Spinning Wheel Apartments for over 2 years. It is a friendly building with good maintenance. A bonus is a big outdoor space where I enjoyed a plot in the community garden.

I also appreciated how well the management handled the COVID epidemic with good safety measures and regular cleaning and sanitation of communal areas.

Overall, my stay here was a good experience.

phenomenal experience...

...thus far.

The office and Maintenance staff are awesome, very helpful during our transition, and replied promptly to our initial service request. Great location and property management.

I love this apartment community because it offers everything I was looking for in a place to call home. My apartment is spacious, the building is quiet and secure, and I love all the amenities that it has to offer.

Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.
