It was nice living there

The only complaint i got is that my door didn't have a peep hole to view when someone knocks which can be a security issue. When the front door broke off the hinges maintenance was fixing it within that week they had alot of events i should have partake in for the community but I would stay again and recommend it

Lies!!!

I lived here before and they show you a model unit like the pics but your actual unit is not the same..They need to be ashamed of themselves for falsifying these pics..Dirty hallways, noisy neighbors, cabinets were horrible couldn’t even put my dishes in them and the laundry facilities were all busted! They charge u late fees on rent put into the deposit box like why if that’s and option. Only thing I can speak on that was good was parking!

Be aware

Management extremely unprofessional. Disgusting hallways. Terrible attitudes. Disgusting birds outside. No follow ups on maintenance reports. Old apartment. Drug addict. Not safe. List goes on

its pretty cool here. Only issue i have is when they randomly shut off the water and it be off ALL DAY. Theyll turn it off at 8am and tell u its only off for 2-3 hours.. The water will be off till 4 or 5pm smh I had to call off work a couple times because i couldnt take my shower for work cuz they shut my water off on a random wednesday smh but other than that, its cool here

The staff is very friendly. They also get out packages for us. They make sure we get what we need to live comfortably here. I just wish my unit was updated. I been here 8 years. But other than that I’ve been happy.
