Very affordable

I moved here right out of college. The price was right and only having an electric bill was a major factor in staying within my budget. I had laundry machines actually in my building too. I definitely recommend it. It's also a few blocks to the highway and there's tons of places to eat super close by.

Very nice apartments!

We just moved in last year and everything was recently redone and updated (appliances, floors, etc.). The hallways were a little dated and worn when we moved it but have since been updated and look very nice now. Very happy so far!

Thin walls and floors

Living on the top floor is the best way to assure peace where you live..The walls are thin, the floors are weak and everything and movement in the apartment above can be heard... The hallways aren’t clean... Heating system doesn’t work well on cold days.... The brighter side is the apartment looks luxurious but made of cheap quality walls and floors.

1st Apartment

This is my 1st Apartment to live and I like it. I got a 2 bed and 1 bath. The landlord is nice , neighborhood are quite. When I call them for a repair for the fridge they came right away.

I didnt give it a 5 star rating because it is little expensive to live in, there is some few broken things when we moved in that I just notice. The lock of the sliding door on the patio, the floors and bedroom Heater takes a while to heat up. Overall I love it. Yes I recommend it for people that love the area… and the school district.
