Mice ingested and terrible management

I have been dealing with a mouse infestation for nearly a year, and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with property management. I have repeatedly reported the issue, spent hundreds of dollars trying to address it myself, and have continued finding mice and new entry points throughout my home. No matter how much I clean, seal holes, set traps, and do everything I possibly can to keep them out, they continue getting in — including chewing through drywall. The building itself… is falling apart, and maintenance issues and entry points are constantly ignored. The extermination efforts have been inadequate, and the infestation has never been properly resolved.

Property manager Ken has been absolutely horrible to deal with and has shown little concern for the situation. I was literally told to “move or deal with it” instead of being given an actual solution. Ken is, in my opinion, the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with and should be fired. At this point, it feels like the only thing management consistently knows how to do is increase the rent — nothing more. I would not recommend renting here to anyone save your time and money!

mold infested dump

Been here for 27 years. Nothing ever gets fixed. Drafts through the windows and doors. One window had to be bolted shut because they don’t make these type of windows anymore. Carpet is 15+ years old. Apartments only get “upgraded” after people move out. Mold in the walls. Ceiling is slowly falling through. They had to fix two ceilings in our building after the tenets moved. Ours is starting to show more. Landscaping is horrendous. Rocks even have rust on them. Laundry room gets more disgusting… everyday. Stolen packages. Huge pot holes. Soon the drain is going to fall through AGAIN.

Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets done.

I have been living there for years and have had many things broken and or run down. The owners can't do anything but spend your rent on motorcycles and failed to reinvest into the buildings. When they do try to "fix" things they go about it in the cheapest way possible and 9/10 times it doesn't solve the issue(s) to begin with. Renter Beware!

mice as roomates!

does not take care of the buildings or the surrounding areas. on top of it, we have been living with mice infestation for almost a year now and they have done absolutely nothing except increasing rent.
