The Oaks of Lake Bluff offers a wooded setting close to shopping and several restaurants! We are… walking distance to Target, Heinen's, Potbelly, Chase Bank, Chipotle, The Silo, Donati's Pizza, Tacos El Norte, Panera and SO MUCH MORE.

We are located off of the main busy streets but yet so close to Route 43, Route 41, Route 176, and I-94 as well as so much more. We have three different floor plans to choose from with carpet on the second and third floor and most of the first floor units have hard surface flooring. We are small pet friendly accepting dogs 25 pounds and under and cats.

We are in district for the Lake Bluff Park District which allows you to enjoy the resident rate on so much that they have to offer including their professional fitness equipment, outdoor pool, classes, and summer camps, and the beach pass (yes Lake Michigan) is free with your residency!

Enjoy Lake Bluff elementary school, Lake Bluff Middle School, and Lake Forest High School. Since you are in district for the park district you also can sign up for the ARC program which is after school care (rates to be determined by the park district).

Best place EVER!!!

This is my 2nd apt I've rented out frm you guys (Terrace Oaks-1st apt) & I have found that you are the best landlords in Lake Bluff-I loved living with you guys. Very helpful, all of my maintenance issues were immediately addressed, your accommodations to me have been great! Always so patient & kind. I recommend everyone to reside here. Come 1, come ALL!!! from a sailor’s perspective

this place was my first apartment and it was absolutely perfect for my wife and i. due to it being my first apartment, i had a lot of dumb first-apartment questions that i always pestered management with and she always got right back to me within an hour or two, always had excellent encounters with my neighbors, not a single sour moment comes to mind. in terms of being in the navy, this complex is less than 10 minutes away from Great Lakes, and the commute was more than easy to do every single… day. if you are a junior sailor this place is seriously perfect for you. you will be able to collect excess BAH due to the low rent, and theres plenty of job opportunities for your significant other nearby. i cannot recommend this complex enough, i have more than enjoyed my time here
