If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $1,000 and evicted immediately. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Any noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will result in a warning, and if repeated, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction without a refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside the home, with a $500 deep cleaning fee applied for violations. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Unauthorized late checkouts after 11:00 AM will incur a $100 fee.
