Don’t do it

Communication is terrible, the building is outdated, there are many issues throughout (flooding and sewage comes up, uneven counters, lights flicker when you use appliances, the washer doesn’t spin all the time so the clothes will be in a pool of water when the washer is supposed to be done, etc.) and they automatically take part of your security deposit for carpet cleaning which they should do anyways. The service fee to pay rent is nearly $5/mo on top of the rent. And finally, the landlord… doesn’t communicate when maintenance and other services are scheduled; it’s always a surprise. Be careful they might just pop in unannounced and you now have a man in your living room. Absolutely terrible. Also they lie and blame you for the issues you call about. They say “you’re the only one complaining about this.” Which truly doesn’t matter, if there’s an issues then fix it, but also the tenants talk and we know that we’re communicating the same issues.

Excellent place to live!

This was a great place to live for almost three years. The quality of living was definitely comfortable and the location felt very safe being tucked into a neighborhood. The neighbors were all so friendly and smile. I had very positive experiences with the management and any repairs/fixes needed. I highly recommend living here!
