Martin's Point

I don’t really sense much of a community outside my apartment building. Some people aren’t so friendly… and sometimes the new management doesn’t seem so friendly either, more like an awkward vibe? I wish I lived somewhere that had better atmosphere. It seems people are only concerned when there’s something to complain about. I like the people in my building though. The gym is cool, but none of the tvs work, the mini fridges are usually empty, the coffee machine seems to not work sometimes either... . And apparently the game room is being replaced by a work center?? when we already have the WiFi room for that. It just seems more like a, business with apartments, not so much as a home. For the most part, I have no major problems with the community. Everyone that I have encountered have been pleasant, professional and patient (the 3 p's) which is a plus. Communication could be improved but not a major concern.

Maintenance is prompt but sometimes issues are not properly addressed and I have had a lot over the last year. Location is great but for the price, the actual apartment seems cheap.

Very nice facility and staff. Can't wait to use the pool in the summer

This place is supposed to be smoke free the rent is too high for the units. Smoking smells in the hallways of the unit. Cars coming and going constantly in the parking lot. The manager will tell you to prove theirs smoking so you can like the bad apple. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED,
