DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

Moved in 6/4/26 after a delayed move-in for "cleaning," yet the unit had endless unresolved issues. Maintenance repeatedly marks tickets "completed" without fixing them, including a broken microwave. The dishwasher sat with foul, standing water for weeks; a replacement was dropped off on 6/30 but left uninstalled in our living room. Meanwhile, our roach infestation was horribly mismanaged—we were forced to wait days, paid out of pocket for third-party pest control, and only received… reimbursement after having to raise a major fuss with management.

Hidden costs and lack of transparency are ongoing. On 7/30, we were hit with an undisclosed $300 monthly utility charge. Now, management has quietly implemented guest parking fees (as of September 2026) that were never mentioned or agreed to in our lease.

Internal communication is nonexistent. Leasing agents and maintenance staff openly blame each other for dropped balls, while the property manager is unreachable unless you have an open maintenance ticket and she wants to visit your unit with maintenance.

In response to our experience and this review, management simply offered to let us break our lease rather than actually fixing the property's operational, maintenance, and pest issues. Zero accountability.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Right when we went to rent, they refused to show us an actual apartment and only showed us the staged apartment and it was completely different from the apartment we got. The first time we went into our new apartment it was very dirty and there was a baby's handprint of the balcony door from the previous tenant. The hallways always smelt strongly of weed and the elevator was always dirty and had dog pee on its floors often than not and when we complain to management they always say that there's… nothing that they can do. The doors to the building were always open and it felt very unsafe. The management was genuinely so horrible and they always made us feel stupid if we complained about anything. They also misled us about the Guarantors program which led us into paying even more money and they also didn't give us our deposit back. One time I was alone in the apartment and someone knocked on the door while I was taking a nap and when I didn't answer, they immediately unlocked the door and it caused damage to the door frame which they blamed us for. Do not rent here, go somewhere better.

It’s a Great Property!

My girls and I have lived here for almost a year now, and I have really liked it. The office staff was very helpful with getting us into our apartment. The people in our building are always friendly and polite. Everything on property is just as advertised. The only reason I did not give this five stars is not the fault of the property itself, it really is the other people that live here. It is the common areas and the lack of respect that some people have for one another and where they live. If… we could just get everyone on board, then it would be five stars and it would be fine. But I would recommend this place to anyone and I hope to live here for a long time to come.

wish I didn’t move here

Move in day my apartment was dirty, dirt all over floors, dirty ceilings, clogged shower drains, bathroom appliances that were supposed to be fixed were not. The first day we found ants in the kitchen and maintenance came to fix them but they’re still here. Found some type of larvae today. I am completely regretting moving here. Management is extremely difficult and basically useless unless you are constantly bothering them. I don’t even want to walk around the apartment without shoes. Do not… move here.

Mold in apartments

Found mold in air conditioner vents when moving out. Was crawling up the wall behind my dresser. Management hung up on me when I complained. On site managers have misled us about how much we owe. They will end up with one months rent and our security deposit because of their filth. Several others have reported on mold and said they replace vents but don’t correct the mold. It has caused us upper respiratory illnesses and so much stress. Avoid this place at all costs. mold in air conditioner… vents when moving out
