Renn Hart Hills

I have had nothing but a great experience here. Kate is an awesome landlord who is extremely attentive to the renters, and our maintenance staff is very kind and quick to help solve your issues. I have had nothing but a great time renting from Kate and the E Cooling Property company. I truly couldn't ask for a better renting situation!

As for the unit, there is so much space in the townhomes. You get three levels with a back patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher for those who are... looking for included amenities. There are two bathrooms (one is a half-bath), so it is nice having a bathroom on the two main floors. There is so much room for one or two people to live comfortably (if you have a roommate or significant other).

The community is nice! The area is quiet, and there isn't a lot of activity going on, which is nice for someone who stays home to study. The area is safe, and I have had no worries about crime or odd activity. It's so safe and quiet that I have had packages left out for 3 days and no one has touched them. The neighbors at this apartment are kind as well. We help each other out if needed (such as getting mail for each other or helping feed someone's cat if they're gone).

The area is close to so many grocery stores that are 3 - 10 minutes away. There is also a Walgreens and other small convenience stores nearby if you need a quick pick-up. Most things are a 10-minute drive away, which isn't too bad for the Rockford-Loves Park-Machensy Park area. Renn Hart is minutes away from great dinning and shopping experience. The friendly quiet community is just what I was looking for. The staff is prompt and maintenance is friendly and helpful. I recommend Renn Hart to become the place you call home.

I have almost been in the community for 3 years and have experienced a safe and friendly environment. Convenient ways to communicate with management with immediate responses. Quick response times from staff whether it be billing, maintenance, etc.
Clear and concise communication from landlord that makes nothing come as a surprise, enjoyable rental experience all around.

The apartment was huge, and the maintenance and management team are top notch. I lived there for years, and during that time I barely had to reach out to maintenance but when I did they responded insanely fast and they were extremely polite. I also transferred from one apartment to another, and Kate, the leasing manager, made the process a breeze. I never felt worried about reaching out to maintenance or management, and would occasionally even stop and say hello to them. There was a time I was... shoveling some snow in front of the garage, and one of the maintenance guys grabbed a shovel and helped without me ever asking. They are really great.
