Don’t maintain property properly
I lived there 2yrs and my sliding door leaked the entire time. I couldn’t get a screen for my sliding door that fit or worked properly. Bad mold in my stove vent. Outside lights never work so pitch black after dark. Drugs rampant and trash everywhere. Can’t reach the office or get them to call back. Let anybody in: dealers, ex cons whatever. Don’t enforce their own rules. Expect their residents to be police and file reports on drug deals or whatever illegal activity they see. Don’t maintain... common areas. I don’t mean they’re a little dirty. They’re FILTHY! Found human poop in the washer. All around disgusting, poorly managed and poorly maintained complex!
