Peace in Mascoutah

One of the best rental properties that I've ever lived at. The grounds, as well as the apartments are very well kept. Although all the apartments are not up to modern standards, cleanliness is a priority. The staff are very caring and is second to none when it comes knowledge and professionalism. Northbrooke Commons is a relaxing and peaceful property.

Live at Northbrooke Commons - You Will Not Regret It!

I lived at Northbrooke Commons for 4 years, and it was one of the best deicisions I ever made. The property is kept clean, the town is extremely safe, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance was always very quick to respond to whatever request I submitted. Ramah and Hannah are truly wonderful to work with, and they always answered all my questions/addressed any concerns I had promptly. Northbrooke Commons is also very accommodating and friendly toward their military tenants. The only reason I… left was because the military moved me. I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough!

Awesome Complex

The apartments are clean and new! Everyone is friendly, and the property manager Ramah is the most accommodating and kind manager I’ve ever met. You will not regret living here!

Best Apartment Complex I’ve ever lived in

I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s extremely first-time renter friendly! The staff are the best part. They are understanding and accommodating. The maintenance crew is timely and efficient. They let you know whenever they are doing checks for the apartment and always ask permission to enter. There are period checks for bugs and insects so I’ve never had to deal with an infestation problem. I have pets and the Landlord is the most pet friendly person I’ve met. She’s even offered to take my dog… out if I end up working late. The neighbours are friendly even though I’ve had issues with one or two of them because of my dog, but Ramah has made it her mission to improve our relations with each other and overall make this the best experience for everyone. I could not recommend this apartment complex enough, especially to those who are new to the world of renting!

I am even moving out soon due to work and have discussed my deposits and extra fees thoroughly with the owners. My pets ruined my deposits for me, but by the sheer amount of care and compassion I am getting knowing that I won’t be getting back my deposits, I am 100% sure they would take care of those who aren’t experiencing the same issues I do!

AND the apartment is amazing. Spacious, just as pictured, and no definable issues since moving in. 10/10 and 5-star rating
