softener, filtered water, WIFI, gym and furnished rooms if needed). Unfortunately no pets because of allergens and having roommates and 1 person occupancy limit per room to keep it manageable, parking etc. We currently have a 2 month minimum and then month to month. We do have a few pre-screening questions before scheduling showings, and have been taking applications. Some rooms have a shared bathroom and everyone shares kitchen and living room space. The house has a big yard with a grill and seating. A room rental is a good transitional space with other kind and considerate people. And definitely a good way to save some money. We do have a room with a private bathroom becoming available October 1st for $1100.
