Responsive, Friendly

Had a great first impression when touring the complex with Jessica. Both restaurants are great. Maintenance is very responsive. Locked myself out and contacted Renae after hours who contacted Steve(maintenance) to let me back in. I waited no longer than 10 minutes before I was back in!

Property used to be good

Property had multiple owners and they do not have staff to help out on urgent needs. It is managed by a property management company which is not always available either. They had several burglaries, even with bikes and they didn't even offer some type of remedy. They now want to charge you more money with storage units because every attempt they had to open something in the bottom empty space has failed. The rent increase from the new owner is crazy for the lack of customer service they offer.… The OK rating is due to the convenience and being furnished, if not, it would be a 1 star.

Great Home & Value

I've been at this apartment for the last 2 years. It's important to me to have a nice, clean and safe home. I like that the mills has washer/dryer in the apartment. The property is always clean and staff is always asking how I'm doing. My son likes to go for walks by the river and there's a pool nearby as well as a park. He also likes going downstairs to the restaurants and watching the boats go by in the summer. We're close to shopping and my work, the school bus goes right by the building and… drops off my son. For all that you get in this place, you can't beat the price.

Not a Good Place to live

Sure, they’re decently nice apartments but the building itself is poorly ran. Ever since the last property manager left the place has been a stressful one to live. They are always putting notices on doors enforcing new rules and they completely took the comfortable feeling of living there out by decisions they’ve made. I wouldn’t want to live there again ever.
