I really love this community, the luxury amenities, safety features, and friendly staff. This has been a great experience for me so far and I hope to renew my lease in the future. The only thing I would change is the complex adding a backup generator. When the power went out for almost a full day, it was miserable for the residents and a lot of food went to waste. Additionally, with no other option for elevator use during this time, handicapped residents were not able to access their homes which… is not okay.

My living experience has been very positive so far. Management does a great job responding to issues and striving to make an enjoyable and safe living experience for all residents. The location is great especially being close to biking trails and the Metra.

The apartment is very nice and clean. I believe the price is fair for what you get. The amenities are nice and are worth the price if you use them. Be prepared to receive large-corporation treatment if you live at an apartment ran by a large corporation.
