I’ve lived here for a few months, so far good. Spacious apartments, with laundry in unit.

This was once a nice place to live until Advantage Properties took over. They have to be the absolute worst property management company to exist. Please run! These people never return phone calls nor emails and take weeks to address maintenance issues. The upkeep of the property is horrible. Even in the midst of COVID they rarely come clean the common areas of the buildings. The property managers and office staff always act clueless. Again PLEASE RUN!

I have lived here for two years and ever since KASS Management has taken over things have been horrible. We have had three property managers and all of them ignore emails, phone calls, and maintenance requests. They are rude privileged, and I promise they will not respect the fact that this is your home. I would never recommend renting from Kass Management Services, all they want is your money.

We moved in the summer and have been here for about 6 months. The place was taken over by Kass Management so I can't vouch for the previous management. Maybe it is because they are so new yo the ownership of this property but I feel they are super unorganized. First, they kept getting the building address wrong for our apartment, making receiving mail as difficult as quantum physics. Second, and this is still going on, is the parking. Everyone gets one assigned spot and we bought a second spot… as well. However, we are always having someone parking in our spot and of course they want us to call management directly to solve the car issue, rather than the towing company, which means it never gets solved. At one point they said just park in another spot that is empty, which makes the issue even worse since it just keeps causing a domino effect of no one being able to park in their own spot. Besides the horrendous management, I do love the apartment and how it was renovated, but the management is causing this place to not be worth it.
