I would NOT recommend !

Police are around every other day. It is unfortunate. Police lights were being shined/pointed into my windows just the other day on Sunday the 11th. This place is far from safe for children. It doesn't feel like home at all. Everything is very very very very outdated inside. My friend recently moved out and he said they will try to nickel and dime away your entire security deposit with entirely poor reasoning or no reasoning at all. I absolutely would not recommend this place to any person or… family, despite the low pricing. There are cleaner, nicer, safer, more affordable apartments that you would enjoy more...keep looking. Not to mention they forgot to give me a parking sticker and my car was towed during move-in day. I cant even make this up.

Family Oriented

This complex is perfect for new families. It is very family oriented and in a quiet neighborhoods. The grounds have a complex pool and many grills, to enjoy bar b ques, as if you owned a home. The complex is close to grocery stores, daycares, and the mall. It is also literally next door to the metro station. Therefore, I always make it to work on time. My building in particular, is very clean and safe. The neighbors are friendly, and helpful. Rustic Oaks is an all around amazing complex to… reside in.

Rustic Oaks

Rustic Oaks has been my place of residence going on one year and I can not be more satisfied with the apartment complex, the staff, and the location. I have an updated apartment that I really love!! My biggest love is the jack and jill bathroom. You can not understand how happy I am to not have to share a bathroom with my husband. As far as the neighbors, I have no complaints at all. They are all nice and I never have to deal with loud talking or loud music. The apartment grounds are… always maintained and maintenance request are always handled promptly. Staff members are very nice and always seem to go the extra mile to assist you whether by phone or email. I also like the community, which has a lot of different restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Also,Rustic Oaks is within walking distance of the Metra Rock Island train line. While a convenience, the train can be an annoyance for some due to it being noisy at times but I don't think its that bad. Overall, I am very satisfied with this community!
