Beautiful Apartment The apartment is really beautiful-good size and reasonable rent for the area. Any time I had a maintenance request it was handled in a timely manner.
My one concern would have been communication with property management-there were times I'd reach out in the past and never hear back. I would call, email, send messages through the portal and get no response. However, I have to say I feel like that is changing. When it was time for me to move, newer property management was there... . I heard back from Stan when I was moving out-he replied right away. He answered my questions on what I would need to do. I got to meet him as I turned in my keys and he was really nice. It feels like a real change is happening there, and I believe future tenants will not have the communication issues I previously had.
So overall a great place to live, and seems like they are really improving on the communication from management, the only real issue I had.

Kitchen sink issue On Easter Sunday, I noticed my kitchen faucet leaking. Sent a service request and when I got home from work Monday, I had a new faucet! Thank you for the quick resolution
