It’s just okay

So many times I’ve called in about some request and if the staff says “we will call you back” has never happened in the 2 years I’ve lived here.

The maintenance guys try their best to help, but so many times the hot water doesn’t work and even after they fix something in the boiler room, the hot water won’t come back until next day.

My apartment was also absolutely disgusting when I moved in. Took me hours to clean. When they told me it would be fully clean when I arrive.

Otherwise, it’s... everything else has been okay.

Rick and the rest of his maintenance crew at Arrowhead are very hard workers, they do a great job, and always have a smile on their face. They are very approachable and extremely helpful.

Moved in 3 months ago and so far has been good people are nice when calling for anything to be fixed they are there within 24 hours. I have a complaint about the low hanging branches when walking on the sidewalks. Pool is always clean and it's clean in the area not always open when they say it open and there is no number to call except for the emergency number. All in all not a bad place to live.
