It's not that bad for your first apartment.
The apartment layout itself is pretty good for the price of rent. The size of the rooms are good enough sizes for single people or if you have a small family. The maintenence is a little slow for my liking but compared to some that my friends have to deal with its pretty good. The patio over looks a small field that kids play in which is actually nice in the summer days. Not much to say about the bathroom, a clean pain bathroom is better then no bathroom or a dingy bathroom. The neighbors are... friendly and respectful. All in all I would recommend this place for your first or second apartment.
