Rude Management

Trying to find a decent rental property in the area. Called to inquire about 2 units listed on multiple different sites as available right now, only to be met with passive aggressive questions about how much I make. Upon giving my response, I was told because of my income I would pay the highest level of rent, to which they do not have leases for despite having available properties. You would think a property manager would want to fill there open units with people willing to pay but apparently I... was wrong for asking "what does this mean" because I got a very snarky “I’m trying to explain” as if there was no room for dialog or genuine curiosity on my part. Apparently you can make to much money to rent now.

I am sorry to hear this. We do have 3 different programs here at Dunlap Falls. With the income you supplied you would be considered for our Market Program straight conventional. At this moment we currently do not have any openings in this program. We... can put you on a wait list if you choose to. We love this complex!

My boyfriend and I moved in here last year, and we love living here! They are pet friendly, which is perfect because I can’t live in a world without cats. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance also responds within a reasonable amount of time. If you like to spend time outdoors, there are a lot of opportunities! The pool is nice, there are really nice/kept trails, and the complex is fairly walkable!
