Dunlap Falls Apartments

We recently moved into Dunlap Falls Apartments, and while our initial move-in experience had quite a few issues, I have to give a lot of credit to the maintenance team for how quickly and professionally they responded.

When we first moved in, there were several things that needed attention — the apartment hadn’t been swept properly, the dryer wasn’t working, some outlets weren’t working, the shower head was leaking, the microwave that was supposed to be included was missing, and our key didn’t… work for the storage unit, among other things. It was definitely frustrating having so many things come up right at the beginning.

That being said, the maintenance men were right on it. They fixed many of the problems quickly and, for anything that couldn’t be completed the same day, they made sure it was scheduled and followed up on. Their responsiveness really helped turn what could have been a very frustrating experience into a much better one.

I especially want to recognize Jeramiah. He has been an absolute saint throughout the process. He is extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely good at his job. He went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed and that we felt taken care of.

From what I understand, Jeramiah has only been here about six weeks, so I’m assuming he may not have even received his first raise yet — but if management is reading this, this man deserves one. He is exactly the kind of maintenance employee you want representing your property.

Overall, despite the problems we experienced at move-in, the maintenance team's response — especially Jeramiah's — made a huge difference in our experience.
