Moving

I am looking to move with me and my daughter the leasing team was very nice and friendly, application fee is very affordable nice and clean environment to be around very quiet and very pet friendly rent is affordable apartment is clean and looks wonderful. Overall a phenomenal leasing team and great staff a wonderful place to live at

Loved my time here

I lived at Glenbrook for a year and a half. It’s a good central location not far from grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants. Management and office administrators were always so kind and helpful. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. Neighbors are nice but typically everyone keeps to themselves. Laundry is OK and could use some updating. Move out process was easy and the office admins even let me sell my furniture and put up flyers to sell it in the complex. I would recommend if… considering an apartment complex in Peoria.

Home Sweet Home

I thought it was too good to be true, that Glenbrook Apartments would have Everything I was looking for. Location is perfect, price is on point, the pool is awesome, and the girls in the office are always so helpful. The best part is my fur baby is just as welcome. We love to sit on the balcony and bird watch.
