New management

I’ve had a great experience since the new management took over. You can really see the difference—they are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the property and the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication has improved a lot, and the overall condition of the community is noticeably better.
It’s clear they’re putting in the effort to make this a well-run and comfortable place to live. Looking forward to seeing the continued improvements!

Feels like home

Cozy and affordable! Feels like home.
You have the best of everything including free access to the pool all summer and a gym right there. That alone saves time and money.
They are clean and well maintained.
And what an amazing office staff. Abby is such a delight and takes good care of all of us out here.
You are not far from all the shopping and dinning at that end of Peoria.

I just absolutely can’t stand the roaches I’m getting out of here because for some reason I have seen too many for me to continue to stay before I didn’t see them but the past few weeks they have gotten worse I don’t appreciate needing roach spray every couple of months I can’t even sleep well at night because I fear them just disgusting
