1. Window will not lock, maintenance has still not fixed it six months later
2. Window did not keep out cold during cold spell, maintenance did not fix until spring
3. Gas suddenly went out during cold spell (no hot water, heat, or stove), was not fixed until next day (and messsed up when they did come, had to call back)
4. Kitchen sink flooded with stinky water, was not fixed until two days later
5. Many insects

Bad infrastructure, leaky roof and walls, and a terrible bedbug then roach infestation

Not to mention the heat, there is a roaches infestation. At the moment there is roaches all over the apartment complex and they come through the cracks. In the beginning there was also a bed bug infestation. It was disturbing, disappointing, and disgusting. It sucks. Do expect roaches.

My unit suffered from a cockroach infestation despite my best efforts to be clean, and I also saw several dead roaches throughout the common areas. I have heard from other tenants there is a bed bug problem as well although I did not experience this. The building is relatively old and there were many large cracks throughout my apartment which made pest control a challenge.

The basement washing room flooded and I would not feel comfortable putting my clothes there. Overall while it is cheap… there are some issues that need to be addressed. Read More
