Over priced apartments

These apartments are over priced for what you get. There's no management on site and they are difficult to get ahold of; when you call you almost always have to leave a message and wait who knows how long for them to call back. There's no onsite maintenance; you have to wait until the management is able to schedule an outside contractor to come in if you have repairs. Snow removal in the winter is horrible; they have a company come in to plow but they wait so long that by the time they plow… the snow is packed on the road and then they'll plow your car in, one of our neighbors had a pile of snow taller than his car all around his car that we helped him shovel out. There's no amenities on the property; such as a gym or pool.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience... It sounds like you must have lived here prior to Aug of 2014 when the new management company took over. I am the new property manager for this complex, and am onsite daily. We also have onsite maintenance, with… 24/7 emergency maintenance available as well. Our residents love the new snow removal company, who are here to salt prior to a snow storm, and start plowing before the snow is 1" deep. They bring in skid steers and dump trucks to make sure nobody is blocked in by piles of snow. We also built a new state of the art fitness center with commercial grade equipment. In addition to the above improvements I mentioned, we've also put in new asphalt, updated the landscaping, and installed new carpet on every outside stairwell. These improvements are just to name a few... Come stop by sometime - you'll be pleasantly surprised.
